Salman Khan Case: What we need to see

What we need to see? Do we need think whether he is guilty or not or something else we need to see.
If we see past, these type of popular cases has resulted in bringing improvements in law. We can not consider talking about this case is time waste. We can utilize this case as an opportunity to bring relevant changes in law & order, jurisdiction.
If we observe the judgement, we can not able to blame the judgement, we will see problem with prosecution and police.
Judgement has highlighted that court shall not consider popularism as evidence to give judgment. Here popularism is many of the people are feeling that khan is guilty, which is being biased by media. Can court follow media or evidence provided by prosecution?
13 years prolonged arguments is failure in judiciary system and failed to prove the incident is failure of prosecution and police system.
The case is real good example to bring the necessity of bringing reforms in judiciary, police, prosecution, law & order.

Amaravathi Current Development Strategy for state AP - Good or Bad? - Appreciate or Hate? Curse or Bless?

Do I need to worry or be happy about Amaravathi development activities?
I am worried about Amaravathi current development strategies as the capital of AP, because:
1. It is not helping me or my people or my region in any way
2. It is not generating revenue to my state at least for one generation
3. It is deserting green fields where there is no irrigation problem
4. It is sucking all the money from all the corners of the state causing halt/delay of all development works/projects in other regions of the state
5. It is going to increase migration to Amaravati area as industrial, IT, business, major institutes are being concentrated in one region apart from concentrating all governments departments heads, Secretariat, assembly, high court here.
6. Higher cost of living in this area. We don't need to get surprised if we see higher cost of living in Amaravathi compared Delhi, Mumbai or Coimbatore.
7. We need land to build a city and not green fields.
8. Singapore is a bad reference for us. Our environment, state size, resources in our state, population, diversity are totally different from Singapore. Why don't we take reference of American States capital cities, where we can clearly see the employment, industrial or IT development away from state head quarters.
9. Moreover, experts opinion/feedback from our nation is not considered for the capital city development
10. Current Amaravathi development strategy is going to seed another separatist movement "Separate Rayalaseema State"
11. Land donors for the capital city are not given provision to get the equal benefit as of investors. They shall have given a proportional share in the industries that come in the capital region.
12. How many jobs are going to get created in capital region vs How many are lost jobs now (directly - from agriculture and indirectly-from agriculture dependent industries), how much economy got affected because of reduced cultivation?  - There is no estimation or white paper from Government of AP

With the above reasons, I do not hesitate to say that I hate proposed Amaravathi. #IhateAmaravathi

Local Creativity - Next Generation Moving Towards Bad Thoughts- Education Reforms - Need Socio-Political Action

Students creativity/talent is excellent when they are in uncontrolled environment. If their talent is towards good, then there is no issue. The problem comes when their talent goes in bad path.
Here is one example of local talent demonstrating creativity in grammar / rhyming. Teenage kids writings in a local bus - Difference between coffee and college
Coffee has sugar - College has figure (written in local language with good phrase), except the inner meaning everything is good in their writings.

We have local talent. But our current education system is not able to make the talent useful, not able to make self-discipline, not teaching how to approach problem, not teaching how to apply what they are studying, not helping student in correlating his education with his life.
Ultimately making the student ‪#‎unemployable‬after his education.
What is the solution? Is English medium study helps as most Indian parent thinks normally (even a teacher of non-english medium thinks)? Or is special tuition helps what parents generally thinks and sends their kid to fulfill the same object of school? Or a huge buddle of books helps? Or a corporate schools with fancy names techno/IIT school/internal school give the solution?Worst part of current education system is, even a teacher is not confident on the system where he/she teach, hence they join their kids in another corporate school.

There are many great teachers who experimented and proved to the world on different methods of teaching that makes a student perfect in some area. The best practices are not being adopted to current education system. All those efforts/learnings are not being carry forwarded and left as if those great teachers did some social activity.
We need a good education system that does not produce a dacoit, terrorist, rapist, corrupt, cheater, murderer, useless fellow, looter of neighbour.
Social activity will work only for piloting and a political action will give a permanent and wider results.
So we need socio-political action in reforming education system. We can't wait for this till next generation, this has to be started now. Need socio-political action immediately.
Raise the hands who want to work with me on this issue.

Vizag & Vijayawada Metros - Is this Gift or Sin for AP people

Vizag and Vijayawada Metros - total budget 12.8 thousands crores and 6.8 thousands crores respectively = 19.6 thousands crores.
GoI has relaxed the minimum population of 20 lakh for these project.
Is this required for AP at this point of time with this huge budget which does not serve major population?
We have many high priority basic things that needs immediate attention. Without address basic needs our governments are going for luxury things.
Basic things that needs immediate attention on road transport:
1. Lack of basic Hygiene at all railway stations, bus stations and trains - The current state of lavatories has to be improved
2. Buses & trains not running as per schedule
3. Safety of rail routes and roads
There are few criteria's set for starting metro project, as Metro rail does not give benefits in reality as they are projected. Major population does n't get benefited if other means of transport is not addressed. For example, take Bangalore metro alone which is costing >40000 crores, still not addressing the traffic issue, if we need to reach metro station here, we need to cross huge traffic. Major traffic jams are being created due to bad roads, bad planning of execution of other works like water/sewage piping, not well planned flyover designs, improper planning of foot-over bridges, etc. If all bangalore metro lines starts working, we still see same problems. Unlike Bangalore, Vizag & Vijayawada has wide roads, they have still time to think for metro projects. There are many other things to do in AP before metro projects. But Government is keeping all criterias aside, which is giving few doubts on government keenness and giving impression - are they really interested to do good for the public or are they want to fill their packets?

At least Government of AP should have consulted experts like #Loksatta or #FoundationforDemocraticReforms (#FDR) before pushing for this project.

Why Shall I Look For Change, Be For Change and With Change - I

I am poor in delivering speech in Telugu (my mother tongue) even for small group, as I studied in
English medium school.
I am poor in delivering speech in English too, as I studied in rural school
Totally I am not good in all languages.
Whose mistake is this?
I did a root cause analysis using the 5Y technique.
My current situation is due to -> good teaching methods were not followed -> due to not well trained teachers(with less monetary benefits) -> due to school management strategy which has only business intentions (no service-oriented mindset) -> system in school is not proper due to lack of checks from government education dept -> due to corrupt system/government not keen on providing quality & offerable education to all.
Ultimately it ends with bad government, which is a result of bad politics/politicians.
Hence I decided to bring good politics. Nobody in next generation shall stand behind because of bad systems.
Join hands with me in bringing the change.
